Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 17, 2026 This policy explains what emazinggroup.com collects, why, and what rights you have. It is issued by Emazing Group LLC ("Emazing Group," "we," "us"). Scope This policy covers emazinggroup.com only: the corporate website, the Document Hub application, and our careers page and contact form. It does not cover our retail storefronts. If you shop with us, the policy that applies to your purchase is the one for that store: iHeartRaves: https://www.iheartraves.com, see their privacy policy on that site. INTO THE AM: https://www.intotheam.com, see their privacy policy on that site. We do not know the contents of those policies and are not describing them here. Read them on their own sites. What we collect and why Just browsing the site: We collect your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit. This is standard web server activity, logged automatically by our hosting platform (Shopify), and used to run the site, keep it secure, and understand basic traffic patterns. Cookies: See the cookie section below. Contact form (/pages/contact-us-1): If you fill out the contact form, we collect whatever you enter, typically your name, email, and message, so we can reply to you. Careers page (/pages/career): If you send us a resume or application, we collect what you send us so we can evaluate you as a candidate. See the job applicants section below. Customer accounts (/account): If you create an account, Shopify collects and stores your account information (name, email, order history, and similar) so you can log in and manage your account. Document Hub: A separate application for sharing individual documents with named people. See the Document Hub section below for what it collects. We do not run Google Analytics, we do not run the Meta pixel, and we do not use any advertising or retargeting trackers on this site. We are not selling your browsing activity to advertisers because we are not collecting it for that purpose in the first place. Cookies The site sets seven cookies. All seven come from Shopify, the platform the site runs on. There are no third-party advertising cookies. | Cookie | Purpose | |---|---| | _shopify_y | Identifies your browser as a repeat visitor, used for basic site analytics. | | _shopify_s | Identifies your current visit (session), used for basic site analytics. | | _shopify_essential | Required for core store functions, such as loading the site securely. | | _shopify_analytics | Shopify's own site analytics, showing how the store is used. | | _shopify_marketing | Tracks whether a visit came from a marketing link, so we know which campaigns bring traffic. This is the one cookie on the site tied to marketing measurement; it is not an advertising or retargeting cookie and it is not shared with ad networks. | | localization | Remembers your country and language preference. | | cart_currency | Remembers the currency your cart is priced in. | Most of these cookies expire within a year, and the session cookies expire when you close your browser. Shopify sets and manages them, so exact periods can change on their end. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, like the shopping cart, may not work correctly. Third parties These are the outside services the site loads content from or sends data to: Shopify (cdn.shopify.com, monorail-edge.shopifysvc.com): the platform the site runs on. Shopify hosts the store, processes the cookies above, and (for the retail-adjacent parts of the site) handles the technical infrastructure. Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com): loads the typefaces used on the site. Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com): delivers some of the code libraries the site uses. Google reCAPTCHA (www.google.com): protects forms on the site from spam and automated abuse. Google Maps (maps.google.com): if a map is embedded on a page, Google Maps loads it and may set its own cookies when it does. Vimeo (player.vimeo.com): if a video is embedded on a page, Vimeo loads the player and may set its own cookies when it does. For Google and Vimeo embeds, the cookie is set by Google or Vimeo directly, once their embedded player loads, not by us. Their own privacy policies govern that data. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta's pixel, or any ad-tech or retargeting service on emazinggroup.com. Document Hub The Document Hub is a private application we use to share individual documents with named people, for example a report or agreement meant for one person or a small group. It is not a public part of the site. You would only encounter it because a specific document was shared with you. If you sign in with Google, the only thing we receive is your email address. If a document link was emailed to you directly, no sign-in happens at all, we already have the email address because we sent the link to it. When you open a document, we log your email, when you opened it, and how many times. If you submit a response inside a document, we log your email, the time, and what you submitted. We do not use this application for advertising, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone. Access is limited to Brian Lim, who operates the application. Data for a given document is deleted when that document is deleted. To remove your access, delete your responses, or delete your access records at any time, email brian@emazinggroup.com. Job applicants (California notice at collection) If you apply for a position with us or send us a resume, here is what we collect and why. What we collect: your name, contact information, and whatever you send us, typically a resume and cover letter, which may include your work history, education, and references. How we collect it: currently, directly. Applications do not come through an automated system on this site right now; if you apply, you are sending materials to us directly, for example by email. Why we collect it: to evaluate you as a candidate for a position with us. Who sees it: the people at Emazing Group involved in hiring for that role. Do we sell or share it: no. How long we keep it: We keep application materials for four years from the date of application, which is the period California law requires employers to retain them. If you are a California resident, you have the same rights described in the CCPA/CPRA section below, including the right to know what we hold about you and to ask us to delete it. Customer accounts If you create a customer account through the site, that account is hosted and operated by Shopify. Shopify stores your account details (name, email, order history, and similar) so you can log in and manage your account. Our own retail activity on emazinggroup.com is limited, most transactions happen on the iHeartRaves or INTO THE AM storefronts, which have their own account systems and policies. Contact form Information you submit through the contact form is used only to respond to you. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out this form. Your CCPA/CPRA rights (California) If you are a California resident, you have the right to: Know what personal information we have collected about you and why. Delete personal information we have collected about you, with some legal exceptions. Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and the only cookie tied to marketing measurement (_shopify_marketing) is not shared with outside advertisers, so there is currently nothing to opt out of on this site. Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. How to exercise these rights: email brian@emazinggroup.com with your request and enough information for us to verify who you are (typically your name and the email address associated with your activity on the site). Our response commitment: we will confirm we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, as California law requires. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we will not take longer than 90 days total. You can also have someone else make a request on your behalf if they have your written permission. Security We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including relying on Shopify's platform-level security for site infrastructure and restricting access to the Document Hub to the person who operates it. No method of storing or transmitting data online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Children This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Retention We keep information for as long as it is needed for the reason we collected it, then delete it. Document Hub records are deleted when the associated document is deleted. Contact form submissions: We keep contact form messages for two years, then delete them. Customer account data: retained and deleted according to Shopify's platform policies, since Shopify hosts that data. Job applicant materials: We keep these for two years, then delete them. International visitors This site is operated from the United States and primarily serves a US audience. This site is operated from the United States and is not directed at people in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If you are in those regions and want your information removed, write to us and we will do it. Changes to this policy If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will note it clearly on this page. Contact us Emazing Group LLC Email: brian@emazinggroup.com Emazing Group LLC, 240 South Loara Street, Anaheim, California 92802 --- What we filled in with defaults These were set to reasonable defaults on 2026-08-17 rather than left blank. Each is a statement of fact about how we operate, so correct any that are wrong: Cookie lifetimes: described generally, because Shopify controls them. Job applicant materials: four years, matching California's retention requirement. Contact form messages: two years. EU and UK: stated that the site is US operated and not directed at those regions. Mailing address: the Anaheim legal address on file for the business.
