Emazing Group Documents is a private document sharing application operated by Emazing Group LLC. We use it to share individual documents, plans, and decision pages with named people: our staff, our partners, and our vendors.
It is not a public service and there is no sign-up. You only encounter it because someone at Emazing Group shared a specific document with you by name.
Every document is private by default. A document can only be opened by the people it was shared with. When you open one, you may be asked to sign in with Google so the page can confirm you are the person it was shared with. The only information the application requests is your email address.
Some documents let you answer questions or leave comments directly on the page. Those answers are visible to the person who shared the document with you.
What we collect and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your email address, when you opened a document, and any answers you chose to submit. Nothing else.
